Un posto meraviglioso, delle persone fantastiche
Abbiamo viaggiato con la famiglia con quattro bambini ;il posto all.interno è molto curato, nuovo, letti super comodi. La piscina con vista è mozzafiato.l appartamento è molto in alto e fuori dal casino della chora. Sempre ventoso; la proprietaria Anthi e Alessandro due persone squisite ci hanno aiutato per qualsiasi cosa abbiamo desiderato e lo consigliamo veramente a tutti grazie ancora e ci rivedremo.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, nicht weit von einem sehr schönen, langen Strand. Das Frühstück wird liebevoll zur Wunschzeit (und sehr pünktlich :-)) im Picknickkorb vorbeigebracht. Es war einfach toll. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und alles wirkt sehr familiär. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an wie zu Hause. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr sauber, vor allem haben die Handtücher sehr gut gerochen :-). Late Check-out war kein Problem! Wir können eine 100%ige Weiterempfehlung geben!

We had a really lovely stay at the Phoenicia Naxos Luxury Apartments. The complex is on a hill and therefore has a very nice view. The apartments are beautifully furnished, clean and equipped to a high standard. What is special is the owners Anthy and Alex, who run the whole place with passion. Anthy helped us a lot and also arranged a car and Alex brought us the breakfast he had lovingly prepared every morning... (yes - breakfast on your own balcony!!) it was simply great and we would love to come back! 100 points from us!! Clear recommendation!
Amazing stay
This place is a hidden gem in Naxos. We stayed at Ira Villa, which was the most luxurious and best accommodation we experienced. The villa is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and the infinity pool is exceptional.
Alexander's hospitality was outstanding; he went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. The breakfast he delivered every morning in charming picnic baskets was a feast.
We absolutely loved this place. If you're looking for a wonderful, luxurious stay in Naxos, Phoenicia Luxury Apartments has it all. We highly recommend it to everyone.

Hospitality at it’s finest!
We just spent one week at Phoenicia and could have spent an eternity. From the moment we arrived, Anthi and her staff made us feel welcomed and pampered. Even before our arrival, Anthi went out of our way to help us with our stay, including transport, cooking classes, recommendations, etc. Our suite - Kedros- was perfect for our large family, with all the amenities we needed for a luxurious and relaxing stay. The views were to die for from our private jacuzzi and porch. .One of the absolute highlights was Alexandros’ breakfast, as well as his warm, lovely personality. We will really miss his cheese pies and fresh squeezed orange juice!! Despoina and housekeeping staff kept everything fresh and clean, and were always happy to help us. The location was quiet, perfect to help us relax from our daily city life, and we cannot wait to return in the future. Thank you all so much .

Beautiful stay at a comfortable and very nice interior, spectacular evenings and nights at the terrace and private pool!! Anthi and all the staff (special mention for Alex), were great; wonderful views and excellent beach just in front (we liked Glyfada very much)

We truely loved our stay. From the friendly greeting and advise on local sites, to the picnic basket breakfast delivered to our room daily. The accommodation itself was 5star, including bedding, showers, dressing gowns and pool towels. The staff kept our room tidy and made sure we had all we needed. It's location provi9thr most beautiful view of the mountains and sea. The kids enjoyed the pool facilities. We enjoyed the quiet location with easy access to neighbouring restaurants and convince stores. A special thank you to Anthi and Alex for helping us feel special.
Beautiful stay
We had an amazing time staying at Phoenicia Naxos- the rooms were clean, pretty, and included everything we needed. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast...wow. It was literally like waking up in heaven every morning, to sit by the pool and listen to the ocean waves and eat Alexander's beautiful breakfast. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Hope to be back soon!
This place is a hidden gem in Naxos. The apartments are well equiped, with a kitchenette and silverware. The view from the balcony is a plus, and they have a nice pool (that we didn't use because we only stay for 2 nights and preferred to go to the beach, but we would have definitely used it otherwise). The hospitality and friendliness from Alex and Anthi was top notch. Definitely recommended!

Anthi's place was perfect for our family. The cottage was immaculately kept and the breakfast was delicious. We even ran into trouble on the road (some distance from the house) and Alexander happened to drive by and was kind enough to help us get connected to a tire repair shop. We would definitely stay at Anthi's again.
We truly loved our stay at Phoenicia Naxos Luxury Apartments. Our apartment was extremely comfortable. The view from our balcony was incredible. Magnificent sunsets. And, of course, the daily breakfast was a real treat. And, I can't say enough about the hospitality shown by Eddie and the support crew during our stay. Such helpful and kind hosts. Highly recommended.
Anthi’s place is in front of the beach!!!!! We spent a great time with the beautiful views and excellent services provided, particularly from Eddie. We enjoyed our stay very much!!!!!
Anthi’s place was even better than advertised. The location is right above the beach, maybe a 7 minute walk. The stay was immaculate, the private pool was well maintained, and the place was just off the main asphalt road that has two small markets about a 2 min drive in each direction. However, the best part was the host and the staff that took care of the place. They were very responsive, connected us with a rental car, were flexible and kept us very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful. It was so nice after a long trip to be able to do some laundry as well. The location was so quiet as well and the AC worked well so we slept comfortably. There’s an even bigger pool shared among the suites to do some small laps. Highly recommend this stay.

We loved our stay at Anthi’s place! We stayed for a week to explore the island and our accommodation couldn’t have been better. Special mention to Eddie who was our onsite host, he was super welcoming and looked after our every need. He is such a warm and positive character. We loved the pool particularly the epic views and sunsets.
Für uns eine perfekte Lage, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, alles sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage mit tollem Pool und Liegen ,Grosse Kissen und einen fantastischen Meerblick. Der Service war hervorragend, Eddi und Jessi haben es an nichts fehlen lassen, super Frühstück morgens in einem Korb serviert,das man auf dem eigenen Balkon/Terrasse frühstücken kann inkl.Meerblick. Wir würden wieder kommen.
The hotel is great, located on a hill close to the beach. 25 min drive from the Naxos Town. Rooms are well equipped, ours had a lovely sea view. Pool is well maintained and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Eddie. Efxaristo!
Amazing place to stay! Across the street from a beautiful, quiet beach and there are great restaurants nearby. Staff were super accommodating and served great breakfast. No complaints at all.
Eddie und das ganze Personal waren wirklich sehr freundlich und haben bei Anliegen jeglicher Art weitergeholfen. Auf Anfrage haben sogar extra Strandtücher und Sonnenschirme bekommen. Die Unterkunft und der Pool waren sehr sauer und das Frühstück sehr lecker - besondere Wünsche wurden auch berücksichtigt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und weniger touristisch. Der Strand ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen und ist wunderschön. Diese Unterkunft kann ich jedem empfehlen, der einen entspannten Urlaub auf Naxos erleben möchte.
Notre séjour était merveilleux. Nous y retournerons c'est certain. Nous avions loué une voiture pour se déplacer sur l'île. L'accueil d'Eddie était chaleureux. L'endroit était tellement bien situé. il y a de bons restaurants tout près et de belles plages à proximité (Glyfada, Aliko, Hawaï). La vue est magnifique autant à la piscine que sur le balcon. Le déjeuner est délicieux. Eddie was the best 😊
Gastlichkeit und Herzlichkeit stehen auf vielen Webseiten, hier findet man sie auch umgesetzt. Das Personal und die Kommunikation sind vorbildlich, auch auf E-Mails wird rasch reagiert. Die Zimmer (wir hatten eine Junior Suite) sind schön, wenngleich nicht allzu groß, aber zwei Personen mit zwei Koffern passen gut hinein. Das Waschbecken ist ins Wohnzimmer integriert. Neben den Appartements ist der Pool, groß genug mit tollem Panorama und so warm, dass man sofort reinkommt. Es gibt eine gute und stets aktive Gegenstromanlage. Ein Highlight ist das Frühstück, das man auch man Pool einnehmen kann, alles sehr frisch und lecker. Wir ziehen einen Punkt für den Standort ab. Zwar liegt Glyfada an einem der schönsten Strände der Insel, aber auch etwas abgelegen von allem, und die Straße hoch zu den Appartements ist steil und holprig. Dennoch, wir würden hier auf jeden Fall erneut unseren Urlaub verbringen wollen.

Lovely property, clean and well maintained. Not « luxury » in the true sense but definitely a property of above average standards and design. On site staff smiley and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily. Modest kitchenette giving the option to eat in (on the balcony). Air con silent which was great on hot nights.
Hermosa Villa, con una vista al Mar Egeo preciosa, lo que más nos gustó fue la atención de Eddie un señor muy amable y simpático habla muchos idiomas y eso es muy valioso, Eddie vino cada mañana a nuestra villa con un delicioso desayuno para los 4. Recomendaría con los ojos cerrados esta bonita y limpia villa 💜

Great experience, staff were lovely from the outset and for the duration of the stay. The room and facilities were exactly what we were after and the enjoyed every moment with the private plunge pool in the Kedros room. The generous breakfast was a bonus. Would recommend and stay again!

Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable. Nous étions en famille avec trois enfants 12, 4 et 3 ans. Le service est vraiment parfait. Les chambres sont belles et très propres, le personnel au petit soin. Anthi la Proprietaire nous a trouvé des babysit et un bateau à louer. La piscine est très agréable et les petits déjeuners maisons sont délicieux. Rien à redire, je reviendrai avec joie.
Ein Paradies auf Erden. Unsere Ferien im Phoenicia Naxos waren traumhaft. Wir haben uns seit der ersten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt. Anthi, die Gastgeberin, war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Eddie hat uns beim Frühstück jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Die Zimmer waren modern und grosszügig, inkl. kleiner Küche und sehr sauber/gepflegt. Das Pool mit dieser einmaligen Aussicht war ebenfalls sehr sauber und einfach nur traumhaft. Der Strand war zu Fuss, in wenigen Minuten, einreichbar. Ein wunderschöner Strandabschnitt. Wir empfehlen unbedingt ein Auto zu mieten, um damit die Gegend zu erkundigen. Es lohnt sich. Ein wunderschöner Fleck auf Erden. Herzlichen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit. Wir kommen wieder.
Anthi's place is a true gem. The house is impeccably furnished and in a great location. The local host Eddy is a wonderful person and the breakfast they served with local products was delicious. The beaches are beautiful and the local restaurant excellent. If you go, you need to try the food at Taverna Axiotissa and say hi to Sofia for me. I cannot recommend this place enough (actually, though, do not book it all up because we definitely want to go back :-))
Very nice hotel and not so busy. Good breakfast that is brought directly to your room. Less than 10 minutes walk from the nearest beach. Nice swimming pool. All the necessities were available in the room. On the first breakfast we were asked to say what we want more of and what we don't want to have. When we did so, we only got breakfast without all the things we didn't want and no additional things were added. In my opinion is was not enough for the number of people.
It was 5/5 and we all loved absolutely everything about it. The view, the private pool, and the homemade breakfast that was delivered every morning. The girls thought they were in the Mamma Mia film set. !!

Nous avons passé un super séjour !! La chambre était parfaite, avec une terrasse privative pour prendre le petit déjeuner et la piscine était un pur bonheur. Le petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre tous les matins est très bon avec pas mal de choix et la gentillesse matinale d’Eddy est contagieuse 🙂 Situé juste à côté d’une plage peu touristique et de très bon restaurants accessibles aussi bien à pied qu’ en voiture. Un vrai petit havre de paix à taille humaine et loin de l’agitation touristique de certaines zones. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour, c’était exactement ce dont nous avions besoin !
Anthi and Eddie provided an incredible first week for our family in the Cycladic islands. The sunsets and the incredible service helped us settle in very quickly. We were all incredibly impressed with the breakfast basket every morning: eggs, cake, fresh bread and fruit, cheese, fresh orange juice, hot coffee, etc. Thank you Anthi and your team for a perfect stay. It was clear that you take pleasure in hospitality.
Wahnsinnig schöne moderne Unterkunft in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend von Naxos. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den nahe gelegenen weitläufigen Strand, den man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Toller Pool mit super Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Apartment war extrem sauber und wurde täglich sehr gründlich gereinigt, genauso wie die gesamte Anlage. Jeden Morgen gibt es einen Frühstückskorb auf das Zimmer. Die Gastgeber sind wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit. Große Empfehlung!
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig an einem sehr schönen, langen Strand, und auch nach Naxos sowie zu den Bergdörfern sind es nur 20-30 min (Mietauto ist daher zu empfehlen). Der Frühstückskorb ist einfach toll, der Pool hat eine perfekte Größe und das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich. Unser Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, einziges Manko für uns waren die harten Betten. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung!
Very nice and small hotel. As there are not many rooms on some days when people are at the beach you can have the pool for yourself which is pretty nice. The breakfast comes in a basket so you can eat whenever you want. Feels a bit like at home, very relaxed and cosy. Can highly recommend but you need a car as there’s not much close by and you have to drive to get dinner…
We’ve stayed twice now (in ‘22 and ‘23) and have loved the place both times. Anthi and her team were polite, very helpful and very welcoming. The apartments are clean and nicely furnished, the views are great and the pool is clean and refreshing. The location is excellent too, if you want a nice beach and good restaurants but would prefer to escape the busier tourist hotspots. We particularly warmed to Eddie, who was very friendly, polite and made sure we had everything we needed.

最高の立地、居心地のいいホテルとプール。 ビーチの目の前、ビーチは人も少なくゆったり過ごせます。 海が見えるプールは広さがあり、非常にくつろげます。 部屋は居心地よく、テラスから海がよく見えます。 朝ごはんは毎日種類が豊富で、どれもとても美味しかったです。 洗濯機はありませんが、依頼すれば翌日までに洗濯してもらえます。 スタッフも皆さんとても親切でした。 中心街から離れていますが、スーパーやレストランが近くにあるので不便は感じません。島で有名なレストランもすぐ近くです。 レンタカーは必須です。 必ずまた来たい！
Die Unterkunft liegt fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Somit die perfekte Lage, wenn man ohne Auto auf der Insel ist. In der Nähe liegen weitere wunderschöne Strände, die schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind. Ein Auto ist sinnvoll, wenn man die Insel entdecken möchte, was sich wirklich lohnt. Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt und der Pool mit Blick zum Meer ist wirklich wunderschön. Wir wurden super betreut und haben viele Tipps erhalten. Wenn man eine ruhige Lage bevorzugt, ist man bei Anthi gut aufgehoben. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder wählen.
Anthi nous a très bien accueilli. Très sympathique. La maison est très belle et bien équipée avec une belle vue et proche de la plage. Georges très sympa est à notre écoute. Petits déjeuners copieux. Vraiment un bel endroit pour découvrir Naxos a conseillé fortement.
