We absolutely loved our stay here at Phoenicia. The staff were so kind and welcoming. Location was perfect and our apartment was beautiful. We loved the breakfast and the pool (coffee was amazing.

Anthi was a wonderful host and now thing was too much trouble. She even picked us up from the supermarket so we didn’t have to carry our bags. The pool is lovely and view of the sunset amazing. The apartment itself is really lovely and classically pale blue and white. It’s a quiet location with a few tavernas within walking distance so you’ll need a car or be prepared for a walk. It’s not a resort so suited us as lovely and peaceful.
Only things that might improve are some hooks in bathroom and doors, sharp knives in kitchen and a clothes drying rack as the lines are hidden from the sun.
But these are very minor!

Nous avons passé 1 semaine à Naxos au Phoenicia.Nous avons passé un agréable séjour : un accueil chaleureux avec des petits présents (Reki et des fruits frais ) ,une équipe toujours souriante et agréable.Un lieu calme ,propre ,bien entretenu.La chambre est jolie,propre,bien décorée.
Anthi est très réactive si besoin .
Mais le meilleur : le petit déjeuner exceptionnel,varié,complet .

We had a fantastic time at Phoenicia apartments. They had great facilities and the food was delicious. Anthi, Alexander and the other staff were lovely and made us feel so welcome. We would 100% recommend!

Nous sommes pleinement satisfaits de notre sejour. Le logement est top, la vue magnifique, Anthi et toute son équipe sont vraiment très pro : accueil souriant, nous a communiqué les bons plans et bonnes adresses, toujours à l'écoute et soucieux du confort de ses hôtes.

We came for 3 nights and booked the 1 room villa with sofa bed in the living room for our kids ! It was just perfect and unique. The sea view, the confort and the private swimming pool (quite large, more than we think on picture) were all incredible. Such as the breakfast served on the terrace with only local products, delicious ! The location is perfect, we have the feeling to be alone but very close to everything including tavernas (good ones) accessible by walking. Anthi the host was also so friendly and supportive with every ask we had ! Big thank you, we will definetly come back 🙂

We stayed at Phoenicia for 8 days in july and it was an outstanding stay. We really loved the breathtaking views from our private terrace and the villa was beautiful clean and functionel.
Every morning we stood up to an amazing homemade breakfast from the chef Alexander.
There are many good restaurants in the area and Anthi and her team are very sweet and helpful.

Era la nostra prima volta a Naxos, il nostro alloggio ha fatto la differenza. Abbiamo amato l’isola ma la nostra Villa Iria ha reso la vacanza speciale. Tutto al posto giusto, piscina con una vista mozzafiato. Colazione servita tutte le mattine direttamente in casa abbondante con amore e cura. Anthi e i suoi suggerimenti ci hanno aiutato.pulizie tutti i giorni perfette. Non potevamo chiedere di più. Anche la zona a 20 min da tutto ma in tranquillità era perfetta. Torneremo sicuramente ❤️

We spent over week at this incredible place in the western coast of Naxos, 20 minutes south of the island's airport. The location is ideal for exploring the entire west coast, giving you access to all the nice beaches but also to incredibly nice villages.

The apartments are located 7 minutes away from a long and sandy beach (Glyfada), which seems to be a perfect place for kite and windsurfing. With a family of 6 people, we truly enjoyed the spacious apartment, the well equipped kitchen and the two bathrooms. For a change, the kitchen was equipped with a real oven. The shared pool was always very clean and enough to enjoy a little aperitif before dinner!

All of the above would be worth paying a visit to this place already, but a true review of this location wouldn't be complete without mentioning the breakfast. It comes every morning with a rich selection of local produces, plenty to get you going for a long stretch of the day!

Our stay at this hotel in Naxos was simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with incredible kindness and genuine hospitality from Anthi and Alexandros, who went above and beyond to make every moment of our stay remarkable. Their attention to every little detail made us feel truly cared for and at home.

The apartment was exceptionally comfortable, spotless, and equipped with everything our family needed for a relaxing stay. Every detail had clearly been thoughtfully considered.

A special mention of honor goes to Alexandros for the breakfast. Every morning it was prepared with so much care and love, featuring fresh, delicious homemade treats that made us look forward to waking up each day. It was truly one of the best breakfasts we have ever had.

The breathtaking view from our apartment was something we will never forget. Whether enjoying our morning coffee or watching the sunset, it was absolutely magical. The pool was another highlight, where our children created some of their happiest memories, laughing and playing every day.

Thank you, Anthi and Alexandros, for your warmth, generosity, and dedication. You didn’t just provide a wonderful place to stay—you helped create unforgettable family memories. This was the perfect ending to an incredible trip to Greece, and we cannot wait to return.
