We had a fantastic stay at Phoenicia Naxos Luxury Apartments. The property is located in a quiet area about 25 minutes from Naxos Port, making it the perfect place to relax while still being convenient to explore the island.

The views are absolutely spectacular. Although the beach appears farther away from the property, there is a beautiful sandy beach just an easy 8-minute walk away. No sea grass, no crowds, just a wonderful place to swim and enjoy the water.

Our villa was exceptional and perfectly suited for a family. The private “jacuzzi” was really more of a small pool with built-in seating around the perimeter, which ended up being one of our favorite features. It was the perfect size for our two children, ages 9 and 11, and provided hours of fun.

The villa itself had everything we needed, including a full-size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. The mattresses were comfortable, and the entire space was thoughtfully designed and well maintained.

Breakfast deserves special recognition. Alexander prepares an outstanding breakfast each morning featuring fresh bread and pastries, yogurt, and delicious local options such as meat, cheese, and spinach pies. It was one of the highlights of our stay.

Most of all, Anthi, the owner, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and a pleasure to chat with.

The only suggestions I would make are adding blackout shades to the bedrooms and improving the drying rack for swimsuits and laundry. These were very minor issues and did not detract from an otherwise excellent experience.

We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Phoenicia Naxos Luxury Apartments to families and anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay with incredible views.

The Phoenicia Suites are lovely, a few great beaches and nice restaurants are nearby, you’re only 30 minutes from the main town or the hill towns (you’ll need a car), and the breakfasts are truly extraordinary.

The property is exceptional. Great view! We were staying in villa Kedro and we loved it. Very clean, confortable beds, daily cleaning, breakfast by Alexander was exceptional. Easy check-in and check-out. I know where I will be staying next time I am in Naxos!

We had the most wonderful stay in a studio at Phoenician apartments. Comfort and love was there. Most excellent breakfast homemade with love and great tecnicity by Alexandros, and best advice by Anthi. We will be back!

We had an amazing time staying at Villa Semeli. The views and sunsets were amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the showers amazing. Exceptional hospitality, incredible breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Phoenicia Nature Suites : the room was lovely, quiet and comfortable, well equipped and greatly cleaned.
We also enjoyed the pool with a wonderful view over the sea and the sunset.
And of course, the cherry on the cake was Alexander, such a nice host and that brought us the most delicious breakfast we had during our stay in the Cyclades !

Es war wirklich wunderbar. Das Appartment liegt so weit weg vom Trubel.
Man hat einen grandiosen Blick auf das Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge von da oben sind ein Traum!
Alexander ist das Herz der Anlage, er liefert jeden Morgen das Frühstück an die Tür mit vielen leckereien!

My husband and I stayed at Phoenicia Naxos for 3 nights for our honeymoon and fully enjoyed our stay! Anthi, Alexander, and all of the staff gave us a warm welcome and made our few days in Naxos so enjoyable. They care about their guests and were extremely helpful and accommodating. We miss Alexander's breakfasts!

The hotel was small enough that it felt almost private (we stayed during the first 2 weeks of September). It was super clean and it was exactly what we were looking for. We highly recommend anyone to book Phoenicia. We will be back 🙂

The vila is great, we enjoyed the pool and the sunsets. Well equiped, beds are comfortable and the in-room breakfast is fantastic. All the staff is attentive and professional. We loved the time we spend there

At phoenicia everything is perfect! We stayed there for one week and it was better that we can imagine.

The rooms are modern and very clean.
The accommodation is on a little hill, so you have a beautiful view directly to the sea.
In the evening the sunsets are awesome.

In the near of phoenicia there are two tarvernen, where you can walk. A supermarkt is only one minute by car.
Five minutes to go, there is the beach Glyfada. It’s a quiet long beach with few people.

In summary Phoenicia is the perfect accommodation for relaxation in Naxos.
