Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, nicht weit von einem sehr schönen, langen Strand. Das Frühstück wird liebevoll zur Wunschzeit (und sehr pünktlich :-)) im Picknickkorb vorbeigebracht. Es war einfach toll. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und alles wirkt sehr familiär. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an wie zu Hause. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr sauber, vor allem haben die Handtücher sehr gut gerochen :-). Late Check-out war kein Problem! Wir können eine 100%ige Weiterempfehlung geben!

We had a really lovely stay at the Phoenicia Naxos Luxury Apartments. The complex is on a hill and therefore has a very nice view. The apartments are beautifully furnished, clean and equipped to a high standard. What is special is the owners Anthy and Alex, who run the whole place with passion. Anthy helped us a lot and also arranged a car and Alex brought us the breakfast he had lovingly prepared every morning... (yes - breakfast on your own balcony!!) it was simply great and we would love to come back! 100 points from us!! Clear recommendation!
Amazing stay
This place is a hidden gem in Naxos. We stayed at Ira Villa, which was the most luxurious and best accommodation we experienced. The villa is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and the infinity pool is exceptional.
Alexander's hospitality was outstanding; he went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. The breakfast he delivered every morning in charming picnic baskets was a feast.
We absolutely loved this place. If you're looking for a wonderful, luxurious stay in Naxos, Phoenicia Luxury Apartments has it all. We highly recommend it to everyone.

Hospitality at it’s finest!
We just spent one week at Phoenicia and could have spent an eternity. From the moment we arrived, Anthi and her staff made us feel welcomed and pampered. Even before our arrival, Anthi went out of our way to help us with our stay, including transport, cooking classes, recommendations, etc. Our suite - Kedros- was perfect for our large family, with all the amenities we needed for a luxurious and relaxing stay. The views were to die for from our private jacuzzi and porch. .One of the absolute highlights was Alexandros’ breakfast, as well as his warm, lovely personality. We will really miss his cheese pies and fresh squeezed orange juice!! Despoina and housekeeping staff kept everything fresh and clean, and were always happy to help us. The location was quiet, perfect to help us relax from our daily city life, and we cannot wait to return in the future. Thank you all so much .

Beautiful stay at a comfortable and very nice interior, spectacular evenings and nights at the terrace and private pool!! Anthi and all the staff (special mention for Alex), were great; wonderful views and excellent beach just in front (we liked Glyfada very much)

We truely loved our stay. From the friendly greeting and advise on local sites, to the picnic basket breakfast delivered to our room daily. The accommodation itself was 5star, including bedding, showers, dressing gowns and pool towels. The staff kept our room tidy and made sure we had all we needed. It's location provi9thr most beautiful view of the mountains and sea. The kids enjoyed the pool facilities. We enjoyed the quiet location with easy access to neighbouring restaurants and convince stores. A special thank you to Anthi and Alex for helping us feel special.
Beautiful stay
We had an amazing time staying at Phoenicia Naxos- the rooms were clean, pretty, and included everything we needed. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast...wow. It was literally like waking up in heaven every morning, to sit by the pool and listen to the ocean waves and eat Alexander's beautiful breakfast. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Hope to be back soon!
This place is a hidden gem in Naxos. The apartments are well equiped, with a kitchenette and silverware. The view from the balcony is a plus, and they have a nice pool (that we didn't use because we only stay for 2 nights and preferred to go to the beach, but we would have definitely used it otherwise). The hospitality and friendliness from Alex and Anthi was top notch. Definitely recommended!
Very peaceful place just in front of the beach (walkable) Appreciate to have a last swim in the pool to end the day with an amazing view. Generous breakfast included.
Anthi's place was perfect for our family. The cottage was immaculately kept and the breakfast was delicious. We even ran into trouble on the road (some distance from the house) and Alexander happened to drive by and was kind enough to help us get connected to a tire repair shop. We would definitely stay at Anthi's again.

Most amazing stay EVER
We absolutely LOVED our stay!! The location is beautifully remote, with quiet gorgeous views, and a pure peaceful setting! I cannot say enough praise about the hospitality which was an unexpected treat!! Eddie our host was so amazing with personal attention, and the most incredible delievered breakfasts! Anthi was also fabulous with providing information about sights to see, and setting up our rental car. The communication was amazing! This was the nicest stay I think we have ever had. We want to come back and explore more!!

Anthi’s place was even better than advertised. The location is right above the beach, maybe a 7 minute walk. The stay was immaculate, the private pool was well maintained, and the place was just off the main asphalt road that has two small markets about a 2 min drive in each direction. However, the best part was the host and the staff that took care of the place. They were very responsive, connected us with a rental car, were flexible and kept us very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful. It was so nice after a long trip to be able to do some laundry as well. The location was so quiet as well and the AC worked well so we slept comfortably. There’s an even bigger pool shared among the suites to do some small laps. Highly recommend this stay.

We loved our stay at Anthi’s place! We stayed for a week to explore the island and our accommodation couldn’t have been better. Special mention to Eddie who was our onsite host, he was super welcoming and looked after our every need. He is such a warm and positive character. We loved the pool particularly the epic views and sunsets.
Für uns eine perfekte Lage, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, alles sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage mit tollem Pool und Liegen ,Grosse Kissen und einen fantastischen Meerblick. Der Service war hervorragend, Eddi und Jessi haben es an nichts fehlen lassen, super Frühstück morgens in einem Korb serviert,das man auf dem eigenen Balkon/Terrasse frühstücken kann inkl.Meerblick. Wir würden wieder kommen.
The hotel is great, located on a hill close to the beach. 25 min drive from the Naxos Town. Rooms are well equipped, ours had a lovely sea view. Pool is well maintained and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Eddie. Efxaristo!
Amazing place to stay! Across the street from a beautiful, quiet beach and there are great restaurants nearby. Staff were super accommodating and served great breakfast. No complaints at all.
Eddie und das ganze Personal waren wirklich sehr freundlich und haben bei Anliegen jeglicher Art weitergeholfen. Auf Anfrage haben sogar extra Strandtücher und Sonnenschirme bekommen. Die Unterkunft und der Pool waren sehr sauer und das Frühstück sehr lecker - besondere Wünsche wurden auch berücksichtigt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und weniger touristisch. Der Strand ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen und ist wunderschön. Diese Unterkunft kann ich jedem empfehlen, der einen entspannten Urlaub auf Naxos erleben möchte.
Notre séjour était merveilleux. Nous y retournerons c'est certain. Nous avions loué une voiture pour se déplacer sur l'île. L'accueil d'Eddie était chaleureux. L'endroit était tellement bien situé. il y a de bons restaurants tout près et de belles plages à proximité (Glyfada, Aliko, Hawaï). La vue est magnifique autant à la piscine que sur le balcon. Le déjeuner est délicieux. Eddie was the best 😊
Gastlichkeit und Herzlichkeit stehen auf vielen Webseiten, hier findet man sie auch umgesetzt. Das Personal und die Kommunikation sind vorbildlich, auch auf E-Mails wird rasch reagiert. Die Zimmer (wir hatten eine Junior Suite) sind schön, wenngleich nicht allzu groß, aber zwei Personen mit zwei Koffern passen gut hinein. Das Waschbecken ist ins Wohnzimmer integriert. Neben den Appartements ist der Pool, groß genug mit tollem Panorama und so warm, dass man sofort reinkommt. Es gibt eine gute und stets aktive Gegenstromanlage. Ein Highlight ist das Frühstück, das man auch man Pool einnehmen kann, alles sehr frisch und lecker. Wir ziehen einen Punkt für den Standort ab. Zwar liegt Glyfada an einem der schönsten Strände der Insel, aber auch etwas abgelegen von allem, und die Straße hoch zu den Appartements ist steil und holprig. Dennoch, wir würden hier auf jeden Fall erneut unseren Urlaub verbringen wollen.

Lovely property, clean and well maintained. Not « luxury » in the true sense but definitely a property of above average standards and design. On site staff smiley and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily. Modest kitchenette giving the option to eat in (on the balcony). Air con silent which was great on hot nights.
Hermosa Villa, con una vista al Mar Egeo preciosa, lo que más nos gustó fue la atención de Eddie un señor muy amable y simpático habla muchos idiomas y eso es muy valioso, Eddie vino cada mañana a nuestra villa con un delicioso desayuno para los 4. Recomendaría con los ojos cerrados esta bonita y limpia villa 💜
