Our junior suites have sea view to Glyfada Naxos Beach. Spacious, bright and outward facing rooms measuring 25 m2. Personal service, warm hospitality and an environment of pure relaxation.
It consists of :
- one double bed and one single bed with Coco Mat Mattresses
- kitchen and dining room. Modern equipped kitchen with all the essentials (fridge, cooking rings, Nespresso machine, boiler and all silverware)
- a modern, fully equipped bathroom (with free toiletries, towels, professional hair dryer and all essentials)
Private balcony overlooking the sea. Also, there is a common Pool and we provide pool towels to access the pool. All our studios have private parking, air condition, Wifi, smart TV, safe, daily cleaning service.

Perfect family stay in Naxos
Our stay at Phoenicia was a real pleasure. The entire team was incredibly kind and caring, making us feel truly looked after throughout our time there. The room was cozy, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully decorated. Each morning, we enjoyed a breakfast basket delivered to our door, filled with local products and traditional Greek dishes—always including safe options for our son, thanks to their careful attention to his allergies. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy Naxos, and we definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the island. Thank you to the whole team for such a warm and comfortable stay.

This was a gorgeous villa that my mum treated us to for her 70th birthday celebration and it was perfect. The location was ideal, with beautiful sunsets on the horizon, and Anthi and her team were very generous and attentive hosts. Brilliant facilities. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful accommodation! The room was modern, immaculately clean, and made us feel right at home. The pool was delightful, and we enjoyed an easy 10-minute walk to a stunning beach, where we found parasols available for €20 for a set of two chairs. Anthi, Alexandros, and Karolina were truly exceptional hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and make us feel welcome. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche im Phoenica. Wir waren dort zum Kitesurfen und um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Lage war dafür sehr gut, es war super ruhig und entspannt. Das Zimmer war auch sehr schön und modern und man hat einen tollen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Alexandros hat uns jeden Morgen das Beste Frühstück gezaubert. Wir können das Phoenica wärmstens weiterempfehlen und wir sind sicher, dass wir nochmal zurück kommen werden!
Die Sonnenuntergänge am Pool sind unvergesslich! Das Frühstück ist liebevoll gemacht. Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber. Es ist schön, hier Gast zu sein! Danke!
Amazing stay in Naxos
We had a wonderful time in Naxos, The room was spacious, modern, relaxing with big comfortable bed and great balcony with a sea view. Every day we were greeted by very kind staff that brought breakfast. Our every request was met, we really appreciate the flexibility. Food was really tasty. The apartment is very close to the beach. I highly recommend choosing this place! Thank you again for a great accommodation!
Alexander and Karolina from Anthi's team made our visit so amazing. Anthi was so responsive and helpful, the place was beautiful, and Alexander's daily breakfast was the best way to wake up and have private breakfast overlooking the sea. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for a private, beautiful experience. They made such a special trip for us!
Our stay at the Phoenicia Luxury Apartments was absolutely wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful, kind and engaging. The location is better than described as outside the city in a quiet area. Alexander was extremely warm and welcoming and provided the best breakfasts we’ve had in our stay in Greece. Highly recommend this property!

From the moment we arrived we felt a sense of calm, the views were stunning, the pool was beautiful. A highlight was starting each day with a sumptuous breakfast made by Alexander.
We rate Phonecia very highly and recommend as a fabulous place to stay. We were sorry to leave.

Όλα τέλεια, αλλά το πρωινό απαράδεκτο… με βάση τις τιμές που περιλαμβάνετε το πρωινό θα έλεγα ότι είναι πολύ φτωχό!! Μεγάλη κοροϊδία (είμασταν 5 άτομα κ το πρωινό ήταν για ένα άτομο.. κάθε φορά που κάτι δεν τρώγαμε την επόμενη μέρα το αφαιρούσαν από το πρωινό, ενω ήταν όλα μέσα στην τιμή) … δεν θα ξανά επέλεγα το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα!!
Alexandros was great host, his breakfasts were stunning. He was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival. Village villa was perfectly clean and on very nice and peaceful location.

Wonderful place to stay in the most beautiful part of Naxos
We loved everything with our stay at Phoenicia. The location is great with all the best beaches close to hand, also many nice tavernas to choose from. The view from the room was amazing looking out over the sea.
Breakfast was great with local produce and plenty of different options. Pool area was very clean and quiet and great that it was open early so we could have a lovely morning swim! Last but not least the staff was lovely and very accommodating. Thank you so much for making our week on naxos amazing.

We loved our stay here! We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved the breakfast brought to us every morning in a picnic basket which we ate on our balcony or by the stunning pool. The pool was beautiful, overlooking the ocean. The room was clean and the AC worked! One thing to note, you need a car as the town is a 25 minute drive from here and there is nothing in walking distance.

Vielen Dank für den super tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die neue Villa war top ausgestattet und genau nach unserem Geschmack. Vor allem auch die Terrasse mit dem Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Wie haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Alle waren super nett und freundlich.
Phoenicia is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Host is great. Location is great. Super clean and well positioned villa was amazing. Last but not least beautiful breakfast in a basket was brought to door every morning, which was super delicious! I recommend to everyone. I will surely come back.
Great accommodation for restful vacations
This accommodation is perfect for restful vacations as it has just a few apartments which are located at the countryside, next to a lovely beach.
The host ist very nice and helpful, the apartments are furnished tastefully as well as practically.
Also the breakfast was delicious and changed everyday.
Overall a great accommodation- we will definitely come back!
We had a nice stay and wished that we could have stayed longer. The beach was nearby and the apartment was very clean. We had everything we needed. Anthi and her staff were very friendly and helpful.
An extraordinary place
We were lucky to be able to spend two weeks with Anthi and Alex in August 24. We can only confirm and emphasize everything that is written in the many top reviews. It is simply an extraordinarily rare pearl. When we come back to Naxos, we know where we will spend our time. And yes, Alex's breakfast every day as desired and at the desired time is REALLY great, yet at the same time there is so much more that makes this place really extraordinary. Anthi and Alex and your team - thank you for the great time we had as your guests.
Wonderful Oasis in Naxos!
Lovely place right next to some amazing beaches! The place was cute and wonderful, the pool was also very excellent. Cannot thank the staff who were extremely accommodating and responsive during our 4 days there with breakfast every morning, helping with laundry, and even giving us beach towels for the day!
Would highly recommend if looking for a place that is a short driving away from the main town and villages!
This place was absolutely lovely! EVERYTHING about it - from the beautiful room and views to breakfast every morning and the hospitality from Anthi and everyone who worked there. It was a very peaceful stay for us. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in Naxos again!

Family holiday
Accommodation was superb, the hostess welcoming, kind and dealt with all our requests (baby crib, late check-out, flat maintenance) quickly and efficiently. Also the location was perfect for a family vacation, plenty of fantastic beaches and nice places to eat nearby.

We had a fantastic week at Anthi's place, we felt completely at home and relaxed for the entire time we were there. Anthi was super friendly and gave lots of recommendations for things to do while we were on Naxos, and was also able to sort our hire car for us in advance. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, really spacious and we had a nice view of the sea/sunset from our pool terrace area. The location is great for exploring Naxos and felt so peaceful throughout the day. We really enjoyed the communal pool area too, which never felt too busy. Breakfasts were delivered each morning by Alexandros - plentiful and delicious, lots of Greek treats! It made for a special start to each day. The villa was cleaned daily to a high standard too. Highly recommended! ☆☆☆☆☆
Our stay in Naxos was amazing. Anthi is a great host. The room is comfortable with all you could need. It’s a peaceful location with restaurants, a market and the beach all walking distance. And all recommended by our host. You are situated with a view of the sunset over the beach which is breathtaking. The pool is just steps away also overlooking the beach. Breakfast delivered to our room at a time of our choosing was so nice. And it was more food than the two of us could finish. If you’re looking for a more relaxed environment to enjoy the islands I would suggest Naxos. It’s is beautiful. And when we return I won’t be looking anywhere else than to stay with right here again.
Perfect place to relax and be pampered
The apartment was lovely with a sea view from both balconies. Anthi (host) was personable, friendly and accommodating, making our stay very special. Clean swimming pool and plenty of outdoor space to relax. The apartment was cleaned every day, felt spoilt! The breakfast was exceptional and wonderful variety of delicious food provided each day. Friendly staff too. Beautiful location, close to the beach.

We were so grateful to have found Anthi and Phonenicia. We loved everything about our stay. They have managed to get everything right and to still maintain feeling of home and soul. Breakfast is wonderful, decor, rooms, staff and the recommendations. Anthi went out of her way and even met us when we were lost. You can feel the care and love for her business and this energy is very healing and wonderful. I loved the breeze coming through the room and the calm serenity of being perched up high and waking up to the sea and going to sleep to the sea. Thank you so much for all your kindness and care. We miss our old home already
Amazing, tranquil, and lovely accommodations
Anthi and her family went above and beyond to make our stay lovely. Great location with a view. Not a far distance to great beaches, markets close by, and really good food nearby. The breakfast is over the top. Our family of four splurged on the set apart casita with private pool. So comfortable and tranquil. If there wasn’t so much to see, we would have lounged there all day easily. One day we hope to go back. Thank you Anthi for your hospitality!

Abbiamo viaggiato con la famiglia con quattro bambini ;il posto all.interno è molto curato, nuovo, letti super comodi. La piscina con vista è mozzafiato.l appartamento è molto in alto e fuori dal casino della chora. Sempre ventoso; la proprietaria Anthi e Alessandro due persone squisite ci hanno aiutato per qualsiasi cosa abbiamo desiderato e lo consigliamo veramente a tutti grazie ancora e ci rivedremo.
