Estuvimos 5 días la primera quincena de septiembre. El sitio es espectacular y Alexander un encanto, super-atento en todo momento. Preparan unos desayunos buenísimos. Muy limpio y bien equipado. Nos sorprendió muy gratamente.

We stayed here for one week and had a great time. To have the breakfast on your own terrace is so comfortable and it was delicious. The villa offers a lot of space and is very clean. The whole team makes a very good atmosphere. Thank you for a magical week! We would definitely come back❤️

We loved everything with our stay at Phoenicia. The location is great with all the best beaches close to hand, also many nice tavernas to choose from. The view from the room was amazing looking out over the sea.
Breakfast was great with local produce and plenty of different options. Pool area was very clean and quiet and great that it was open early so we could have a lovely morning swim! Last but not least the staff was lovely and very accommodating. Thank you so much for making our week on naxos amazing.

The apartment, the pool, the view, the proximity to these beautiful beaches and hidden bays - it's literally a hidden gem.

Anthi and Alexandros are amazing hosts. They are going out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The breakfast is outstanding: homemade dishes, regional products of best quality, served to your apartment every morning in a basket. Every evening we were already looking forward to this culinary highlight. We're definitely coming back 🙂

Vielen Dank für den super tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die neue Villa war top ausgestattet und genau nach unserem Geschmack. Vor allem auch die Terrasse mit dem Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Wie haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Alle waren super nett und freundlich.

Phoenicia is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Host is great. Location is great. Super clean and well positioned villa was amazing. Last but not least beautiful breakfast in a basket was brought to door every morning, which was super delicious! I recommend to everyone. I will surely come back.

This accommodation is perfect for restful vacations as it has just a few apartments which are located at the countryside, next to a lovely beach.
The host ist very nice and helpful, the apartments are furnished tastefully as well as practically.
Also the breakfast was delicious and changed everyday.
Overall a great accommodation- we will definitely come back!

We had a nice stay and wished that we could have stayed longer. The beach was nearby and the apartment was very clean. We had everything we needed. Anthi and her staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were lucky to be able to spend two weeks with Anthi and Alex in August 24. We can only confirm and emphasize everything that is written in the many top reviews. It is simply an extraordinarily rare pearl. When we come back to Naxos, we know where we will spend our time. And yes, Alex's breakfast every day as desired and at the desired time is REALLY great, yet at the same time there is so much more that makes this place really extraordinary. Anthi and Alex and your team - thank you for the great time we had as your guests.

Lovely place right next to some amazing beaches! The place was cute and wonderful, the pool was also very excellent. Cannot thank the staff who were extremely accommodating and responsive during our 4 days there with breakfast every morning, helping with laundry, and even giving us beach towels for the day!

Would highly recommend if looking for a place that is a short driving away from the main town and villages!

The room, the breakfast, the view, the pool, the staff, were all remarkable and truly made our holiday!
It's evident that the manager carefully thought of every detail and manage the place perfectly.

We were so grateful to have found Anthi and Phonenicia. We loved everything about our stay. They have managed to get everything right and to still maintain feeling of home and soul. Breakfast is wonderful, decor, rooms, staff and the recommendations. Anthi went out of her way and even met us when we were lost. You can feel the care and love for her business and this energy is very healing and wonderful. I loved the breeze coming through the room and the calm serenity of being perched up high and waking up to the sea and going to sleep to the sea. Thank you so much for all your kindness and care. We miss our old home already

Abbiamo viaggiato con la famiglia con quattro bambini ;il posto all.interno è molto curato, nuovo, letti super comodi. La piscina con vista è mozzafiato.l appartamento è molto in alto e fuori dal casino della chora. Sempre ventoso; la proprietaria Anthi e Alessandro due persone squisite ci hanno aiutato per qualsiasi cosa abbiamo desiderato e lo consigliamo veramente a tutti grazie ancora e ci rivedremo.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, nicht weit von einem sehr schönen, langen Strand. Das Frühstück wird liebevoll zur Wunschzeit (und sehr pünktlich :-)) im Picknickkorb vorbeigebracht. Es war einfach toll. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und alles wirkt sehr familiär. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an wie zu Hause. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr sauber, vor allem haben die Handtücher sehr gut gerochen :-). Late Check-out war kein Problem! Wir können eine 100%ige Weiterempfehlung geben!

We had a really lovely stay at the Phoenicia Naxos Luxury Apartments. The complex is on a hill and therefore has a very nice view. The apartments are beautifully furnished, clean and equipped to a high standard. What is special is the owners Anthy and Alex, who run the whole place with passion. Anthy helped us a lot and also arranged a car and Alex brought us the breakfast he had lovingly prepared every morning... (yes - breakfast on your own balcony!!) it was simply great and we would love to come back! 100 points from us!! Clear recommendation!

This place is a hidden gem in Naxos. We stayed at Ira Villa, which was the most luxurious and best accommodation we experienced. The villa is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and the infinity pool is exceptional.

Alexander's hospitality was outstanding; he went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. The breakfast he delivered every morning in charming picnic baskets was a feast.

We absolutely loved this place. If you're looking for a wonderful, luxurious stay in Naxos, Phoenicia Luxury Apartments has it all. We highly recommend it to everyone.

We just spent one week at Phoenicia and could have spent an eternity. From the moment we arrived, Anthi and her staff made us feel welcomed and pampered. Even before our arrival, Anthi went out of our way to help us with our stay, including transport, cooking classes, recommendations, etc. Our suite - Kedros- was perfect for our large family, with all the amenities we needed for a luxurious and relaxing stay. The views were to die for from our private jacuzzi and porch. .One of the absolute highlights was Alexandros’ breakfast, as well as his warm, lovely personality. We will really miss his cheese pies and fresh squeezed orange juice!! Despoina and housekeeping staff kept everything fresh and clean, and were always happy to help us. The location was quiet, perfect to help us relax from our daily city life, and we cannot wait to return in the future. Thank you all so much .
