une expérience exceptionnelle j'y suis venu deux années consécutive et je n'ai vus que du bien le petit déjeuner est éxquis (surtout quand alexandros l'amène). je suis sur que lors de mon prochain voyage je reviendrai.

Stayed for 8 nights with family incl 3 kids aged 7-11. Stayed in the large villa with private pool. Everything was superb: breakfast was our favorite meal each day, cleaners kept the apartment spotless, Anthi, Aleksander and team took care of us at every turn. We highly recommend staying here!

What a phenomenal stay. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn't have been happier with our choice. It's not a touristy part of the island with a beach about 5 mins walk (Glyfada beach). The accomodation is beautiful (we were originally booked onto a junior suite and then chose to upgrade to a private villa with a pool). The room has AC that works well and the bed is comfy. What more could you want?! The rooms are well stocked with amenities. The best thing is the breakfast which is hand delivered every morning by Alexander and co in a lovely picnic basket. The breakfast is sooo tasty we looked forward to its arrival each morning. Also so filling, it kept us going all day. Anthi is such a wonderful host - she is so helpful and accommodating - from travel tips to helping arrange transfers etc. Top tip, when booking if you'd like to hire a car, go via Anthi's recommendation rather than a big corporate like Europcar (total rip off in hindsight). We would happily stay in this paradise again.

We had a truly exceptional week at Phoenicia! Calm, relaxing atmosphere, extremely friendly and caring staff! Very clean apartment and daily cleaning. The daily fresh breakfast was one of the big highlights! Beautiful beaches in walking distance. Absolutely nothing to complain about! Please continue exactly like this so that many other guests can have such a wonderful holiday experience!

Our stay at this beautiful, authentic Greek apartment was truly relaxing. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful — the perfect place to unwind. Anthi, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and always available. Anytime we needed something, she responded immediately, and her recommendations (especially for restaurants) were spot-on. No need to plan much — just lay back and enjoy. The pool was a real highlight: clean, quiet, and often we had it all to ourselves. Breakfast was another standout. Alexandros is a fantastic cook and brought us a fresh basket every morning with warm homemade food, coffee, and fresh-pressed orange juice. We were also allowed a late check-out since our flight was in the afternoon, which made everything even more relaxed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a true Greek escape!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful accommodation! The room was modern, immaculately clean, and made us feel right at home. The pool was delightful, and we enjoyed an easy 10-minute walk to a stunning beach, where we found parasols available for €20 for a set of two chairs. Anthi, Alexandros, and Karolina were truly exceptional hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and make us feel welcome. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche im Phoenica. Wir waren dort zum Kitesurfen und um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Lage war dafür sehr gut, es war super ruhig und entspannt. Das Zimmer war auch sehr schön und modern und man hat einen tollen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Alexandros hat uns jeden Morgen das Beste Frühstück gezaubert. Wir können das Phoenica wärmstens weiterempfehlen und wir sind sicher, dass wir nochmal zurück kommen werden!
